it just tells me that my username and or password is incurrect. I know im not typing it wrong. I dont know what to do, I dont want to start all over agian.

have you tried retrieving your password from Aeria Games? or it maybe that you're typing it wrong due to capitalization. So i would do that before i seriously start worrying.

go to Password Change/Retrieval, first, see if you can log into the site, if you can and still cant log into the game then its a game error, and you may need to uninstall then game then reinstall it.
